Excess Kilometre Charges
Maximum Annual Kilometres: 15000 kilometres for each period of 12 months commencing from the date of this agreement. Maximum Total Kilometres for Period of Hire: 60000 kilometres (which shall be pro-rated for earlier termination). If the Annual Kilometres or Total Kilometres figures shown above are exceeded, an Excess Kilometres charge of €0.04 per kilometre will be incurred.

An indemnity may be required in certain circumstances.
